Hello!, I'm Daniel from Spain.

I am a multimedia engineer who has developed and led several video games for different platforms and technologies such as VR. I love collaborating in different projects, doing professional and clean work, showing an open attitude towards teamwork. Hard worker and especially attracted to programming, as I like to invest my free time in learning, doing personal projects and participating in competitions in the IT world.

My professional experience

February 2022 – Present

Unity Lead Developer in Metrobots Games

  I joined this company when it was founded and since then I have been in charge of developing several video games in Unity, leading the development from the beginning.
  The projects are video games for android, iOS and Windows. They are turn-based combat with cards that integrate blockchain elements.
  • Leader of the front-end video game Development Team.

  • Unity C# programmer.

  • In charge of putting the application into production.

  • In charge of giving different support to team mates.

Exobots: Omens of steel

  Our first game! This multiplayer turn-base combat game is currently released for Android, iOS and Windows.

Warchanters

  This video game has a turn-base combat in which the main mechanic is to invoke minions to defend your hero and attack the enemey hero.
   We are currently working on this, expect it soon on Telegram and other platforms!

  My role in this company has been to program various systems and functions for the video game Kokoro Kids, which was already active.

  Founded my own company about multimedia products (Web design, apps, video-games...).
  For a year, I have been working as a Developer and Project Manager using several technologies such as Angular, Ionic, Firebase, Unity...

in Systems, Servers & Solutions

  Systems, Servers & Solutions, Mutxamel (Spain). Enterprise in charge of developing web apps for monitoring ports with 3D software.
  I have been programming diverse systems using Unity, set them in a web application, and take care of the production setting, along with it's support over the months.
  Also, I have done the conversion of a 3D app into the Oculus VR platform using Unity Engine.
October 2019 - October 2020

Developer of the in-house video game Vincula

Between 5 colleagues we created this video game from scratch using C++ and an ECS structure. Which we later published on Steam.

May 2021 - Today

WWI VR Airplane Simulator

  Currently I am working on simulator with Unity for all the HMD. It is based on the WWI era, and my main goal is to give the players a realistic experience using all that can offer the Virtual Reality and its controls.
  This work is my TFG for my degree in Multimedia Engineering in the University of Alicante, but my plan is to keep working on it in my free time.

Creation of Nerd Those Aliens

  This video-game is my entry for the Arcade Video-game Development Contest from the Arcade Vintage Museum of Ibi.
  This is a 2D arcade game that uses an own ECS structure for the Game Engine and SFML for the Graphics Engine.

  This arcade game was made entirely in Assembly Z-80 for the amstrad CPC 464.

Best Application Winner hackaton "Hackea tu destino 2019"

 Winner of the contest "Hackea tu destino" 2019, Torrevieja (España).
  Our team made an app called ClothesAway to allow the tourists rent clothes, thus avoiding carrying heavy luggage.

Complete translation to spanish for the Misery Mod of the video-game Stalker Call of Pripyat

   I had been translating to spanish and launching updates for all the texts inside this game in my free time, for the comunity.

   Our group called 4-CHAD developed this game using Unity for Android in order to teach the small ones the basics about recicling.
